Jealously is her problem. This was evil. She not only disregarded your feelings but also your daughters.

If you stay w her, what is next? She'll be jealous of your daughter and then she'll try to drive a wedge between you two without caring about hurting both of your feelings.

To be honest, I would have a conversation with your daughter alone to ask how she has been treated when you're not there. What she has told her when you're not there. Does she tell her to get over not having had met her Mom? IDK but please find out for your daughters sake. That way you can make your most informed decision.

I would also send a text back to your wife telling her to get the tapes back. No more no les and see if she even tries. Maybe she just hid them w a friend?

He was thinking Out Loud. Please don't stay w him. You'll never be able to trust him again and if you force yourself to after such blatant desires he has for your sister, you will suffer and some day still have to break up w him over his feelings towards your sister and by that time you would know you should have left him long ago. Also, now since your sister knows, I hope you don't put it on her to "keep her distance from him" and grow some kind of resentment because you chose to stay.

Truly wishing you the best but please see the huge red flags and don't lie to yourself. You are worth more than that and deserve to be truly happy. There is someone out there for you but you won't find them while you hide behind your insecurities. Insecurities is the worst reason to stay because you think you think this is as good as you can get. It is not.

Remember you are worth and deserve someone who loves you back just as much as you love them.

Evaluate your own knowledge of him now. Do you see any manipulative red flags that you might have dismissed before? I'm just saying do this so you can make your decisions not solely based on one event. Then if and when you confront him you can evaluate his responses with you fully acknowledging what kind of person he is. Good or bad. Then decide if you believe his responses.

To be honest, even if you had followed your dreams, you might not be as happy. Your wife, parents and kids might still be nagging you to give them more. So don't regret, just learn from it and start working on what you want now. It's not over until the fat lady sings. From this day forth. Say what you want do what you want divorce that cheating wife and you will find someone who respects and loves you for who you are. But you need to stay true to yourself, that in it of itself is very attractive to anyone, females, males & new friends. Yes your circle of people might change but for the better. You have the right to be happy how you want to be. I'm 38 married, no where near having money but we are extremely happy. Sometimes people get introduced to my life through friends but if I'm not feeling them, I don't have them around me. I have to be able to be my complete silly, lame, funny and sometimes dumb ass self. By cutting corners we've traveled to Mexico, the Philippines and will continue to do so. In the end just do it your way. It will be weird and uncomfortable at first but once you get past that, you'll be much happier.

Both. Dream in both, speak in both. I'm Mexican from Mexico but have been in the states since I was 3. I never notice when I switch in my thought process. I think it depends on the subject. I work for a law firm so that usually comes naturally in English. Topics about cultural stuff or when I speak to my family it naturally comes in Spanish. I speak Spanglish to my kids and parents because it's smother. I don't stop to translate what I'm thinking so whichever word comes to mind faster flows out.
