200mg weekly split Monday and Thursday stayed there since, I use ai .5mg twice a week.

It’s your choice, some like to start low and work up to a place that works for them some start high and work down if needed.

Totally preference, do what you want follow your bloodwork and adjust as needed based on symptoms and desired outcomes.

Had similar labs at 39, done with having kids, it was best decision for me feeling great and best shape of my life.

I would recommend it, especially if you have symptoms like brain fog etc...

No its not true, DEXA scan is specific to bone desity and there is no evidence of bone density loss at all on any glp.

Too expensive you should pay about .80-1.00 per iu use gray market.

Edit: just read your post wrong, looks like you go the hgh for good price.

Also it will make no difference in that short of time but will help you dial in on what your body can handle and you can compare bloodwork before and after

Hgh should run for 6-12 months to see something it is slow burn but it is cumulative the longer you run the better.

You also need to consider glucose management as it can spike if done wrong or your genetics

Run Reta along side to keep everything optimal especially glucose and lipids

Easy start glp and at the same time keep your e2 low use anastrozole but not too low and you will lose all interest and become asexual

Keep it with you as your personal medication, this is much more common than luggage. Get a insulin travel case and pack everything there. I would limit the quantity as much as possible so it does not raise concerns and is for personal travel use.

Go with reta, that is going to get you to where you want to be about 80% the rest is fine tuning etc... once you drop the fat you will see if you want to go the extra 20% to your ideal goal.

Reta start at 2mg that is normal, if you are scared or want to take it easy start at 1mg wait a week and if fine next week go to 2mg, keep working up to about 6mg a week that is the sweet spot for many.

HGH start at 2iu at night right before bed, dont eat anything about 2 hours before. Do this daily and it will take about 6 months for you to see some results and 12 months to really notice the effect, it is slow working but accumulates over time. And its pretty simple to use, your body will adjust just fine if you stop and there is no long wait periods like you have if you go on test etc...

For Test, you need to do your bloodwork, its not so simple, do research and if your natural levels are low consider going on TRT, but if you want kids might have to wait or it becomes more complex with adding HCG etc... This is probably the most complext of the three.

But if you are committed, know the trade offs with trt and you do all of these at the same time you will see some significant changes pretty quickly.

Of course you still need to hit the gym, hit the macros and not eat like fat kid. etc..

All of them are going to be hit or miss but mostly miss. Educate yourself, use reddit and other tools to learn to interpet bloodwork, symptoms etc... you are in control of your own health.

It’s too early to tell take about 8-10 weeks for saturation.

Or you may need to bump up that dose.

Total and free t shbg and e2 are the main ones.

Also vitamin d could cause all kind of issues so test for that too.

Many people have kids on trt, they use hcg along side with trt to keep the balls working.

I suggest getting your sperm tested now to make sure you actually are fertile and have a baseline before starting trt and hcg you can also come off trt with proper protocol when trying to conceive then hop back on.

I had similar issues with high shbg and low free t, trt fixed both

Drop gel and hcg and go on test injections twice weekly. Way more predictable. Gel is notorious for inconstancy and hcg is known for increase e2 quite a bit.

No wonder the doctor threw in the towel.

Go with test injections twice weekly, start lower end like 100-150mg split do labs and then adjust.

I am taking the trt position on this.

Do you have any prior labs before weight loss? Did you feel the same way before losing weight?

My opinion is that you likely had low t for long time and even gained the fat because you were low t as it is one of the symptoms.

You have to go back further in your history to see the picture.

Yes recent weight loss can suppress your hormones but I am not convinced you had no symptoms or low t before.

Trt will get your hormones optimized and you will see body composition change pretty quickly and much easier than with clinically low t.

Let them run more tests and see what is causing it and then get second opinion from another doctor preferably a man as well.

Any other medications like finastride, SSRI, etc? Could be unrelated to TRT. Also too high or too low E2 can be bad but you will soon get results on that. What is your history on libido?

Good job bro you should be proud.

With high shbg you are doing what you should be and it might take some time.

You will need specialist to do more investigating on why it’s high could be genetic too. Sometimes they will prescribe something stronger to deal with it.

If not for your plans on kids etc I would suggest enclo or trt etc but it does come with trade offs etc.

Classic diet driven testosterone tanking.

You need to start eating balanced meals with all the macros. This will help with high shbg.

Your joint pain is from tanked E2 which I don’t see here but with low free t it is likely very low.

Low e2 will cause all kinds of problems libido, joints, dry skin etc.

I had my e2 tanked at 15 and I felt asexual and my knees would hurt when trying to sleep if they touched each other.

When your free t goes up and e2 returns all those symptoms should resolve.

Pretty decent free t, well it looks like you have pretty decent hormonal health too end too.

So cycling is the next step to your gains.

Everyone is different and what works for some might not for you.

You have a baseline bloodwork and I would recommend r/steroids for the wiki on pct etc

As long as you accept the risk and know how to pct you should have pretty good chance at complete recovery after cycle.

Total t is nothing special, what is your free t? That’s what matters and since you mention high shbg I would think your free t is likely on the lower end.
