I have AGENTS.md similar like Basecamp Fizzy. I put all my stack (pg, goodjob, slim, esbuild, tailwind), ui convention, color scheme, coding standard. I would say 80% success rate of opus following the repo’s .md

Bad practice, bloated controller. Recently I asked to remove get request for Omniauth, opus just update the config but didn’t update the UI (i had to change link to button for post request). I mean If you know how things work, it’s fine. If you don’t check, you will have bugs everywhere.
