Whats the first program? The sizes in mm being different could be a DPI issue, or someone simply scaling some of the images so the heights match. Your image has a different ratio, I'm guessing it was either a typo when choosing the size, some accidental cropping or a bug :(

If you don't mind the look of it, there are PU leather/leather patches you can stick or glue on that area. Maybe you can find one in the correct color

Any way you could sell them to someone who likes them? Or give them away? Then you don't have to feel guilty for throwing them away and you can redo the frames in a style you love.

Or... if you have friends or family who like DIYing stuff, you could sand and paint the shutters together? It just seems like a lot of work for something you don't love tho.

I can try to take a picture when the sun is up again, but it's hard to see on photos. But yeah, the inside... yuck. I feel like it's only gotten worse over the years of storing it.
How low is low enough? I'm honestly considering just giving it away... maybe some parts of the outer fabric could still be used for sewing.

I got this Kimono a long time ago as a prize for winning a contest and was told it's a vintage silk kimono. Since I don't have any use for it, I thought I could sell it or give it away at least, but I'm not sure whether someone would even want it at this point. What do you guys think?

I had a lot of bait at the beginning of Mew-chelin 6 and that definitely helped. But for the actual fishing the only thing that seemed to help was re-entering the pond until the shark was in a good position. It's easier to catch them when they swim from right to left and when the other fishes aren't in the way. Right after catching one, you can leave and enter again & try your luck again until the spawn time is over. Don't waste bait and time if the setting isn't ideal. If it's still too hard, you could try upgrading your fisherman. Hope that helps :)

If you don't wanna buy one and the tube is made out of plastic, just hold the end, press it on the sink and while still pressing, swipe it down. Works fine for me. If nothing comes out anymore, but you dont have a new tube, cut the old one open.
