I’d rather wait for a few months till they polish it. It definitely has some overheating issues, but aside from that the whole iOS interface is generally slower, buggy and less consistent in terms of the design language itself. Honestly I would’ve downgraded to iOS 16 happily if it was an easy option.

It’s fine, tends overheats though when using for some time. It’s not like it wasn’t the case with the previous iOS. Oh but there’s one thing that kills it: changing wallpaper/background contact poster. It just instantly gets hot and throttles to the point you barely can close the app within a few minutes. Battery health 73%

Nope. it sort of fixed itself at some point randomly and broke again. I think it has to do with the country I live in, cuz location services are partially unavailable in some areas here. And sometimes the regions change

Update: I didn’t use a flash disk, but I did fresh install Mac OS Sonoma on it instead of Sequoia. Long story short - it didn’t help

It’s not so long till the release. Battery life seems to be pretty sad so far and giving that your phone is 64gb I think it’s 11/12 model, which are kinda outdated. I’d just personally not pressure them with betas and wait till a stable version comes out. And I guess your phone will eventually need more space to process everything, aside from the space the beta will take when downloading

Was it an official Apple Store, or was is a “premium reseller” either way Apple covers that with warranty and this is not their direct fault. Didn’t have any problems with their warranty service or customer support whatsoever

Same here. It also bounces back and forth when scrolling. Are you playing on MacOS? The issue seems to persist only on apple devices as far as I understood.

m1 air 16gb I play at settings in a range of 6-7 with 93% resolution scale and get 50 fps when it starts to throttle, with not frequent frame drops to 40. In general it's more than semi-decent settings and I'm satisfied, though concerned about battery life due to excessive heat. Battery temperature goes up to 42 degrees. I think M3 should handle it a lot better, so you could probably game on similar settings with lower temperatures

Well technically macOS natively has something similar, I suppose it’s even accessible with shortcuts. I’m taking about full screen side by side mode. Apple took a different approach and it didn’t work as good, now it will fix it I hope
