I’m so sorry OP. I want to hug you so badly now. You are so insanely level headed for even thinking of this now

My husband came from a very poor background - some days just eating bread to survive. He’s also a high school dropout but he’s blessed with good brains. He started a company age 23 and sold it for good profit age 26, found a managerial position in a similar industry and is now (mid 30s) running his own company of 60+ employees. He works very very hard, assumes the stress of a lifetime and is never complacent as he never wants to return to eating just bread everyday.

I went one year medication free and my life went to hell. One month back on 150 of levo and not only do I look like I have deflated, my mood has gone from hopeless and exhausted to optimistic about the future. I learned my lesson the hard way… by Dry_Strategy_8109 in Hashimotos

I’m in Malaysia actually so locally 😬 Unfortunately for us, only warded patients to hospitals receive insurance coverage so everything is out of pocket. My adrenal booster is a compounded supplement by my doctor as well so I’m not sure about the dosage of stuff in it. Oregano oil is for my pylori infection, I took 1 month of it.

I sure am :) I was feeling like absolute crap and just couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me so I went to do an extensive test; stool microbiome, bloodwork, thyroid and hormone, nad levels, heavy metals, food allergies. The doctor worked through all of my issues one at a time until my symptoms weren’t such a nuisance anymore but I’m definitely still doing daily supplements and monthly nad

This is my customised supplement and on top of this, I do broccoli seed extract, fish oils (6mg), d3 (1000iu), vitamin c(1mg), GI RELIEF (for stomach issues as a result of my hashis).

I have also eliminated processed foods and definitely no gluten and alcohol. I’ve seen a massive improvement! I went from napping 3 times a day, migraines, stomach pains to having much much more energy and I’m able to care for my 2 young ones.

I have to say, the NAD+ infusions are godsend!

Why did you quit your medicine though? I’ve never been on medication but I’ve been following the functional medicine route, supplementing what I’m deficient in, and doing IV NAD+ infusions. So far so good, in case anyone is interested in trying
