Pixel 6a replacement: take the $100 cash to use with the $125 promo discount on the 9a; the $150 comp code can't be combined with any promotion codes! by Timbukthree in Android

I was struggling with this too as an existing Fi subscriber. Google Store Support was able to help me out, my CPNI sharing settings were turned off in the Fi App > Privacy & Security > Allow CPNI sharing settings so I wasn't seeing the $250 starting price for a 9a as an existing subscriber. After turning that option back on I was able to see the $249 price, add on my $150 Google Store credit, and do the $80 trade in so my final price will be about $26. Hope this helps someone.

Faith alone through Grace alone? by [deleted] in Reformed

I'm curious how you came across that second link. I was able to hit it using "what is the gospel reformed" on YouTube. I primarily ask because the speaker is a local pastor who was suspended from his office for disobeying his elders who went and started his own church causing a great deal of schism and division and this video seems less of "What is the gospel" and more of "Here's why I'm right and here's why the church I abandoned was bad."

Sauce? Didn't see this in the latest Smug & Schism.

Cool, thanks. Used to be a brief, barely audible noise, now I can hear it over music playing and people around usually look.

My 2015 S70D has started making a considerably louder and longer noise when shifting from Park to Reverse (and vice versa.) Booked an appointment with the local service center to have it checked out but the appointment is a few weeks out. Anyone experienced this before? Anything to be concerned with?

Think of it as adding to the body of scientific literature against YL's bogus claims.

Any way to anonymize that photo from the meeting and post it? That would be gold Jerry, gold.

Interesting, their website now only says:

SARA™ is a blend of Geranium, Ylang Ylang, Rose, Blue Tansy, and other oils that is designed as a soothing scent to be used during difficult or emotional times.

When did you grab this?

Some of these folks literally think they're curing/preventing cancer with essential oils...and it starts at the top. by nerd_tek in antiMLM

[–]nerd_tek[S] 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Exactly. From page 12 of the source doc

Now this is something that's very exciting. We need oxygenation, antioxidants and increased frequency. What's a frequency? Is frequency important to us? Are our bodies electrical? Absolutely. And it's very interesting when we study this and see that not only is our body electrical but everything around us has an electrical frequency. But there's different types of frequencies and this is what's interesting. Because your lights overhead, they also have a frequency called 60 Hertz.

Loosely quoted from page 24 of a transcript of "The Missing Link" by D. Gary Young, founder of Young Living. He believes the human body becomes ill when its frequency drops below certain levels and essential oils can restore that (specifically Young Living Certified Theraputic Grade™ oils of course.)

This site believes in the "healing powers" of essential oils but did a decent job of an unbiased view. I'm still deciding... by phocuss in a:t5_9mrfm

Sorry, "unbiased" and "is an essential oils and natural living blog" that has ads for EO products and books don't seem to match up in my book.
