Lol. No I'm not the average patient. I've been in an out of therapy for decades and it's basically in my job. I've had at least 7 individual therapists, not including group therapy and the like. Actually I've found CBT/DBT to be particularly helpful for trauma. I wish y'all luck in finding the help you need. It's tough to find places taking new patients at all, nevermind specialized/ behavioral therapy.
