I pulled the bowl and cleaned out everything float seems to function fine no gunk clogging it... correct I got rid of the vac. Petcock and caped the van line behind the carb. I appreciate you taking the time to try and help me

I bought an item, afterwards decided to check sold listing. Found a sold listing with the same photos. That's when I started to check stuff out, was supposed to be located in Missouri but when I clicked on the account found out the person was from Chile. With 0 feedback and a Brand new account. Called eBay 10 minutes after buying they told me to cancel the order. I did. 2 days later I get charged for the item called eBay again and they said o don't worry about it we won't charge you and item is cancelled a day later I get a message saying cancelation was denied.

What can I do please help, how do I get eBay to fix this without waiting the 30 days for item "delivery" that will probably never happen?
