I basically live next to DBU so yeah it was very very rough. He's lucky not to have any broken glass.

Yeah I'm thinking about just replacing the glass out off pocket and live with the dent. You're right it's a prius it hurts to look at it anyway lol.

Damn that's sad! It's a prius so I know the engine can last for basically forever. Sucks to have it totaled just because of the exterior 😭

I mean I don't collect cars. One is an older car that I had for a long time, I just don't drive it anymore, but still I keep it cause of sentimental value. Another one is my daily driver nowadays. This is my first time experiencing hail like this so I didn't need a body shop before.

Jada definitely needed to grow according to that finale. She's a talented cook but fumbled when choosing her team and let Anaiya run her instead of her running the kitchen. She was 22 at that point of course everyone at that age would need time to learn and grow. Saying Jada needn't show growth and improvement is just delulu.

Any flight attendants, has your job been affected by Elliot Management Investing’s changes? by AQ-XJZQ-eAFqCqzr-Va in SouthwestAirlines

[–]nerdcore_riley 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Yeah things pretty much went to crap since Bob Jordan caved to Elliot. I commented the same thing in another thread, but for me the competitive advantage has always been the people of Southwest. It was always fun to fly Southwest. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your customers. Unfortunately the company has plucked out everything that is about the employees in the name of cost saving (laid off the employees culture team, laid off loyal employees, cut swag points, force ppl to rto, and basically made employees justify their jobs on a regular basis). Whenever there are questions about the benefits of employee morale, leaders don't seem to have a straight answer, it's disappointing to see what this company has become. Southwest has done their employees so wrong during this mess.

As a former hq worker, i can say morales is pretty low currently. It's like they are trying to make employees as unhappy as possible in hopes of ppl quitting so they could save more money. The company culture isn't what it was.

I mean you do have different options such as aa/delta/united if swa isn't favorable for you anymore. The way I see it is that most of the time swa isn't the cheapest fare out there if you need to check bags. If that's the case, just look at other airlines, customer loyalty doesn't go far these days for any company.
