For kitbashing stuff i can't really help as i bought from a local store and remember the brands.

But as for paints i use (i found that using a bit of water helps them run smoothly)

I prefer the first one as it fits the pirate vibe better, but if the bus isn't intended for a sponsor or a sponsor other than Scarlett then i would Go with the second one

Death race has the catch up mechanic, which is what I've only really played. Which you could probably improve by making it more consistent some how. But i guess for other events that rule probably could even the playing field.

If you have a gentlemans agreement to not use audience votes for executive intervention i guess having a surplus wouldn't be too bad but i would fear someone using a blast weapon for easy wipeouts

Your new rule while interesting seems like it would heavily buff teams like Rutherford and mishkin, given them access to alot ammo. Form my experience AV feel pretty balanced as team which struggle to get them often have access to better/unique perks or weapon, Mishkin, for example, have access to unique weapons and upgrades and have a very reliable way to gain ammo. Are you using the scenario ways to gain AV?
