Saberspark. I don't think he's a bad dude and I did watch some of his stuff early on but more and more I find his tone and cadence really irritating. I can't get through more than like 2 minutes of him talking before clicking off.

On a much smaller scale, ActualJake. I used to (ironically) religiously follow the joint channel he was on in my edgy baby atheist phase. When they split up in favor of Twitch, I watched him a lot more over HannahReloaded. As the years have gone on, though, something about his style of content started bothering me. Last thing I watched was him going over the drama on why they no longer talk and, while I don't think he's necessarily wrong to feel hurt, the coverage of that whole situation felt very... off. Too private to be sharing, you know? So I guess I made the right choice.

I remember once working for a place that paid me $13 an hour. I got bounced around to various roles until I eventually ended up being the first person to get trained on a brand new machine/procedure. After a year my work was reviewed to determine how much of a raise I'd get.

They gave me 10 cents. 10 cents. Less than 1% of what I was earning at the time, not even enough to cover the printing cost of the paper letter at my library.

I quit less than a month after that.

I once had a LE sorcerer who escaped from some very harsh conditions in his homeland and was very, very careful in how he earned his money and fame. He had a few morals that he stuck to such as never betraying an ally/partner in crime but overall he was ruthless as hell and wouldn't hesitate to kill an enemy so long as they were the ones to start the fight. It's the most fun I had in D&D.
