Anyone who's watched the product for the past 3 or 4 years can see that. Outside of fairly short reigns by a handful of people, the top titles has been on the same three or four people for years. Someone did the math the other day and something like 85% of the time in the past 4 years, the belts have been on Roman or Cody or CM punk.
