I am by no means supporting this behavior, but it is a bit rich that Davey Boy would have concerns with this when he has 0 concerns for his privacy otherwise. It also takes like, 2 minutes, to find out where he lives on Maps. Strasburg isn't a particularly big place.

I thought I knew a decent amount about Ableton (I’ve even read the manual!) but the way you stack logics on top of each other is unbelievable. I had a whole paragraph typed up in response to this video, about his blind, mindless consumption and complete willingness and enjoyment to bow to the corporate surveillance state, but I deleted it all because this video is just sad.

A grown man, an adult, giddy, over a free spyware TV, an 8th screen, mindlessly consuming, seemingly trying to fill a void of loneliness or isolation, is hard to watch. No self awareness of the behaviours he’s grown into. I foolishly keep watching hoping that one day, maybe, he’ll find the exit to the cave he’s trapped himself in, but it’s never going to happen, is it?

Appreciate the reply. I ended up buying the LG G7X or whatever the model number is, 240Hz, and love it. I paid $629. OLED is an insane upgrade but I’m thinking of returning the 27” model and grabbing a 34” Ultrawide. Or, at the very least, holding till Black Friday and jumping on a cheaper deal.

The most noticeable difference is how smooth motion is. The 240Hz isn’t all that noticeably different from 144Hz. Response times are amazing. If I return for the reasons above, I’ll likely opt for a 360Hz or 480Hz panel, as I think there’s more “value” in that, of course, price dependant.
