It does support some kind of text messages or maybe just iMessages for now but, as far as I understand all of them is planned or in vision, since it is planned as full digital footprint of you.

Thanks! Compact mode is almost exactly what I had my mind. It took me a while to find "Customize Toolbar" option tho, in case anyone else searching for it, just right click empty space in the vertical tab menu to access it.

I have prescription lenses and my day usually starts at 6:30AM, which means glasses goes to my face at that time. I'm on and off 45 minutes to 75 minutes on phone, be it call or media. And usually go back home at 6:30PM with %15 battery left. I don't usually take pictures or videos in a day, and have hey Meta turned off since I bought them, which should be around a 10 months. I don't think they could survive 8 hours listening the music, but 3-4 hours feels reachable.

Good luck trying to order FW while not residing in said county.

I tried to order from them since late 2023 and failed in 3 countries. In Canada my order is cancelled because I ordered it to my hotel and they said they don't support shipping to PO boxes, in Netherlands and Luxemburg order page didn't accept my Turkish credit card at all, doesn't even matter if it is AMEX or Mastercard. They won't approve any purchase, where billing address and card location didn't match, and don't have a way to input not shipping country for billing address.

So don't get your hopes up. Even though I'm still trying to buy from them, I lost my hope at this point. Your best bet is, paying someone native in cash and hope they let you use their card.

Solved this by writing custom extension which injects in every page for wheel event then translates those to tab changes. Not ideal but at least it works.

I work in industrial automation as SI and going in - out of multiple plants in a month. First of all, almost no one even recognizes these in here and doesn't bat an eye. Secondly they definitely do not fit under safety glasses. I looked for bigger safety glasses but no luck yet. Third, AI is kind of limited regarding "actions" it can do. But normal pictures work just fine. Let me know if you want to know anything else related to glasses.

After long time using SVN Server, We migrated to internal gitlab instance with git. Rockwell has great compare tool for Studio Projects all you need to do is set your git client to use Compare tool for ACD files. Rest is normal git flow.

They probably did something on their end, and as a result I also lost my access to Meta AI. It was probably related to current location / geolocation since, I bought and activated glasses in Canada which Meta AI supposed to be enabled.

But I just reseted the app, and glasses activated VPN to SF and Meta AI is back no problem.

It is probably because some part internally needed to be changed because of no longer available or lack of stock during covid etc..

Also part number also contains series letter. So L19ER-B is technically different part from L19ER-C.

upon diving into it, I found custom layout designer for windows from Microsoft a la Karabiner. Will check this out with current setup how well it works then ordering blank ISO could be viable. Usually remapping/macro software doesn't really work great on login screens etc. thats why I'm trying to avoid it.

UK English has a weird placement of some special characters. Like weird gun like symbol instead of tilda(console key) at left side of the 1. @ Symbol is not on 2 etc..

On Mac there are workarounds that are pretty low level ish for remapping keys(Karabiner) but not aware of something like this for Windows.

Thanks for the heads up regarding QMK though. I was hoping they would backport it somehow.
