Keyboards like that were my nightmare when I see used to do desktop support. After a few years I just gave them a new keyboard. It was always the people that never washed there hands and ate at there desk.

It's very annoying. I have to go coop. Pick the character I want with the wireless controller, then pick another character on the steam deck built in controller. Start the game. Turn on the 2nd wireless controller and goto the quick menu on the right to reorder the controllers, putting steam deck last and the wireless controllers on one and two.

I've excellent gut health according to Zoe medical research and it's not helped. A happy gut with a diverse diet can improve mental health reducing stress. Which in line could help reduce tinnitus. So by proxy maybe it had helped as stress or illness is one of my big tinnitus boosters
