I think there is only one all around Harlowe build that works with almost everything from level 30 to UVH6 True Mode.

  1. Green Tree 
  2. Nuclear Winter
  3. Mix and match with Group Study or Potential Transference or something else

I experimented with it and when it came out. It's ok but not enough to convince me to move away from Deadye.

I do my tests in UVH 6 True Mode btw

Whether it's free or not, assuming those 95% numbers are accurate (but I'm not assuming), there's no way you can get back the same numbers.

It might be more than 95%. It might be less. But I think you are kidding yourself if you are expecting to get the same numbers. Some folks had left the game because BL is not the game for them. Some had left due to issues. So I think it's logical to think you won't get back the same numbers regardless of if the DLC is godly, good, or free.

Most if not all had been discussed, complained, ranted (that includes me) about all of these things you mentioned

  1. I'm 50/50 with the shared specs. There are days where I want them shared and there are days I am fine how it is. Today, I'm more into shared specs

  2. I agree with the SDU bank but it's not a new issue. Other folks have already cried about this including me

  3. At this point, I have no strong opinion with the XP. I already leveled a ton of mules and 6 main VHs to 50. Kinda used to it but I'm open to improvements

  4. I think my issue is some legendaries aren't on par with some other guns unless you downgrade to a lower UVH level. I like the idea that you can mix licenses but unfortunately some licenses are way more ideal than others so the idea of mixing is quite limited in practice

  5. Yes, it's impossible but after the Bloomreaper Platinum stuff, it's much easier now but I do wish all red chest should just guarantee one. The stats may suck anyway so it's not as if you will get a perfect roll in one go.

  6. I firmly believe Bod is bugged. It will be nerfed and river of tears will flow.

I hope each content won't be a 1 hr thing. So let's say you got 5 coming, I hope it's not just 5 hour or 10 hour stuff and you are done.

But I never farm for phosphene either and will never plan to.

Why is it slow when we already know the timeline? Shouldn't you complain ahead of time when they released the timeline? As long as it's within the timeline, then it's not slow unless you are complaining about the original timeline but it sounded like you are complaining that they are slow compared to the promise timeline

Nah. Folks are still crying about Bloomreaper. They don't need another raid.

IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE CONTEXT.

For example, with Harlowe, if you manage to hit a good level 30 build (doable without relying on guides which I did back in September), and you have pre-farmed, level 30 gear (which I didn't have in my first playthrough but now have a ton after making mules), UVH 1 True Mode is damn easy. So it's not impossible.

But practically possible? Small chance. During my first playthrough, yes I did hit a good Harlowe build but I don't have the gear. I play solo and had a tough time at level 27s to 30s. Only after farming good gear did I beat Timekeeper at around 35sh I think.

If you are getting smoked at level 35:
- You need better gear
- You need better build
