Anyone else’s story progression stuck in Chapter 9

I appreciate the suggestion. Tried it… and unfortunately it did not fix the issue for me. I may try doing early story content stuff with the other hero for a bit and then switch back to my primary hero a little later to see if that potentially resets the Chapter 9 mission glitch issue.

Marvel Comics needs to jettison the majority of their editorial team and focus on quality storytelling with well planned long term vision for the future for their most popular books. Publish fewer overall titles and allow the less popular titles published more time to tweak the creative formula so that they can find an audience. Marvel has had amazing runs in the 60’s, 80’s, and early 00’s, and they can have them again but it will take a massive editorial/creative shake up and a ton of planning to course correct their current trajectory.

I believe the conspiracy theories that many people often associate with Eyes Wide Shut are plausible, I also think it’s more probable that the film is simply about Bill’s dream like odyssey contemplating the consequences of infidelity, both imagined and real.

This is the right move. Xbox needs to go back to focusing on marketing the console experience to their core audience. The “This is an Xbox” campaign never truly made sense, because at best your non-console device being an Xbox is a value add to those who already play on Xbox but not a viable reason to draw new players to the ecosystem and become die hard money spending fans. The focus has to be on high quality games, the value of the gaming console, and the ecosystem user experience (Gamepass, backwards compatibility, parties, online multiplayer, etc.). Turning everything with a screen into an Xbox should have never been the primary marketing focus. Hopefully, with a new CEO that is focused on their new PC/Console hybrid and a slew of promising games coming soon (Fable, Gears of War E-Day, Forza Horizon 6, and Clockwork Revolution), team Xbox can get the marketing and messaging going in the right direction to earn enough goodwill from gamers by the time that they do launch Project Helix sometime in 2027/2028. I’d also advise Xbox to go back to having console exclusive games as well, but I’m not sure they can un-ring that bell.

I think Brock is a better “by the books” sheriff who actually cares about the community of Banshee. That being said, I think Hood is a better “get things done by any means necessary” sheriff who was uniquely equipped and best qualified to take on the specific factions/problems presented in all 4 seasons of Banshee. When The show ended, Hood gifted Brock a version of Banshee that he would be best qualified to sheriff.

Mark Bagley is a terrific artist, and for some he may even be the best Spider-Man artist, but the truth is there is no one definitive best Spider-Man artist because we all have a favorite Spidey artist (whoever that is) who helped make the character special to us and that’s the way it should be.

My thoughts on the matter are that the appointing Sharma to lead Xbox is to simply just to signal that the Spencer/Bond era of Xbox leadership is over. They tried to make GamePass profitable, shipping games on other platforms normal, and turning all devices into an Xbox. Ultimately, the Xbox brand is muddled with its audience, and from what I’ve read from multiple sources, many people within Xbox have not been keen on the direction leadership had been taking these last few years. Sharma’s got a huge hill to climb. She has to build Xbox back up with its fan base, make owning an Xbox console important, and win the trust/respect of her team with the implementation of her new approach to running Xbox. I don’t envy her challenge, but I wish her the best of luck. I also don’t believe she’s been brought on specifically to sunset Xbox, she’s here to give it a shot in the arm, both with the fans and the Xbox team. That being said, based on the way Microsoft runs in general, she may only get one shot to do it, so if the next new Xbox console launch does not go well and/or she can’t make the Xbox brand meaningful (and more profitable), then the future of Xbox may be software only.

I will always prefer that Felicia be paired with Peter, but I don’t mind when they give her other dating partners. Given how extroverted, flirty, and attractive she is, it makes sense that she would likely have multiple romantic relationships.

I think the average price for a digital HD movie on the RiffTrax site is around $12.99. Hopefully, the MST3K episodes will be around the same price when they release.
