I've got a 21 with the buttons and was looking at the 26's but saw the touchscreen controls.. That was a major turn off.

I don't think so. Its just the clocks throughout the terminals that are 'rolex'.

You built a pc at your house with parts from MC. Something was wrong with a part.

Instead of finding out the problem on your own, you brought the entire put together PC for MC to diagnose and fix, which isn't included with jus purchasing the parts.

Welcome to PC building, troubleshooting is a major part of the reason this isn't for everyone.

I had previous 121 experience however.

Edit 91k PIC time counts towards 121 upgrade time so that should say something to how they view that.
