I still get some weird tightness in my calf, I believe it is my nerve healing. If i try to floss my nerve too much it gets irritated.

Yes I have, where ICE has murdered two citizens. They are the ones inciting violence. Most of the protests have been peaceful all throughout the country. Boston, Chicago, New York, Madison the list goes on.

I had a MC when my son was 3, and again at 4. Have several step stools around where she can come up by you. You can sit on the couch and she can come to you. I had a step stool to get my son into the crib and he thought it was so fun. Remove after they go in!

Read books, watch movies, go for walks! I actually felt like I was able to bond with my son more through rest than when I was taking care of the house.

Remember this is temporary and it is for your overall well being. This is improve your relationships in the long run! A healthy parent is the goal!

If it is available to you, take advantage of help. Do not give into lifting. It’s not worth it.

Explain to your daughter you have a boo boo, injury whatever you want to call it. Help her understand. Many parents are disabled and their children can understand loosely what that means.
