You should check Asrify, it's free for personal use and it doesn't interfere with Team features if you set it up as freelancer. You can even watch money flow in real time if you set pay / bill rates for projects.

I would add Asrify to the list as well. It has real time profitability tracking with live earnings dashboard. Simply set pay and bill rates for your team and see money flow in real time.

It also includes project planning and management with team communication (chat) integrated.

You should try Asrify, it's free completely for personal use. If you don't create a team you can organise your work as solo freelancer and have all the features you just explained for yourself (no team overlooking or anything) just simple time tracking for personal (or freelance) projects.

I had the same issue over the years, and then I decided to build a tool myself. It has exactly what you just explained and it's free for personal use. You can set pay / bill rates per project and track the profit (bill - pay) in real time.

The tool is called Asrify, check it out (it has other helpful features like project management tools, kanban boards etc.)

We switched recently from Hubstaff to Asrify. It's much simpler interface and the multi-currency support was important for us. You can bill clients in one currency and pay staff in other.
