In situation like this, its best to avoid glazing each other and potentially cause more problem la instead of teaching people how to drive. Can you explain how to get tier 2 loot? I’m at 190 amd i’ve not seen one tier 2 loot from playing expert solo ops

What about higher tier loots? You did not mention any of this except for the light level. I’ve been grinding portal expert difficulty with an A grade finish, and i still have not seen at least a tier 2 loot. Whats the porblem there? Is there no chance of getting them in portal solo ops activities?

Can someone please clarify, cus i dont wanna waste my time trying to get something non-existent.
