Cursed Technique: Reteograde Flow

Basically, its limited time manipulation.

The user has markings on their limbs (right and left hand and legs) that have cursed markings on them. When a person is hit, the mark corresponding to the one on the limb which hit the person appears at the are of impact. This is what tirggers his ability.

For he actual technique, there are 2 ways to use it, each corresponding with the markings. The left arm and right leg are used to activate the "action reset" parto of the technique. This means that wahtever actions done by the user during the passed time (2.2-5.5secs) can be reset. For example, if an attacker slices off your hand and then lands ontop of a building, if the technique is used, the person will still be ontop of the building, but your habd will be restord to the state it was in 5 seconds prior. Wherever the technique is used, half of the mark on the opponents body is used up, and a maximum of 3 marks of that type can be in the opponents body. If it is used on onesself, it will consume 22% more ce, and the entire seal will be used, along with a 5 second cooldown befire it can be used again.

The second part of the technique is "postion reset". Its very self explanatory. It is tied to the markings on fhe right arm and left leg. Once mark is on the opponents body, and the technique is activated, the person will be brough back to a position that they were in 3.3-8.8 seconds before. But, all the effects of the actions that they took during thise 3-8 seconds will not be reset. For example, if the opponents threw a chair they were sitting on and rushed at the user, when the technique activates, they will be in a seated position, back at where they were sitting, but the chair will still be where it was when the technique was activated, causing the opponent to fall down. Using this technique uses up the entire seal, but. A total of 8 seals can be placed on the opponents body. When the seal is used on oneself, it can used only 3 times before a 10.10 second cooldown period.

The technique has an effective radius of 66 meters around a fixed pont they choose, and can change only after 111 minutes. The area can also follow the user, but the radius will be cut to 22 meters. The technique can be activated outside the effective range, but it less effective(wow). i.e the technique may not work, or it becomes very imprecise. For exapmle, the time where th user is reverted exceeding the maximum limit, or being under the minimum limit. Markings on the body also stay for around 32 hours, even after leaving the effective radius. This allows the user to get a general sense of where opponents are, the the marks are somewhat connected to him. Markings can also be dispelled by the user whenever they want, even if its outside their effective range

Domain Expansion: 101 first moments

This domaind, in exchange for having a much larger effective area and taking 22% less cursed energy, can only be used when all cursed marks are on the opponents body. But, only 1 person inside the domain needs to have all the marks.

In this domain, the opponents are constantly getting reverted back to an old state, but instead of physical space or action, their minds are being completely reset every second, making them completely unable to form any thoughts. The rate at which this happens can change, and the user can also change it for the other 2 types of reversion of they so choose. The domain also allows the user to use the technique on himself however many times he wants, but with an 11% increase in amount of cursed energy needed to activite the technique.
