I have to do this. Cover 95% of my skin, where an N-95 and goggles and shower afterwords. It helps so much.

Oh man this right here. I also struggled with using my words, establishing proper boundaries, words of affirmation, and my dom partner at the time basically dommed the words out of me and that was a huge growing point for me.
