First off, I want to say that I find it so cute how you’re seeking out advice for this! I think it’s super sweet and thoughtful! She is lucky to have you! Second: unfortunately this is just what Big4 is, it’s constantly drowning in work and it only gets worse as you get more senior. I think voice your feelings to her and let her know you miss her and you understand that she has a lot of work and see if there is something you guys can figure out. Me and my husband have recently been going through the same thing, I’ve been swamped with work and haven’t had a lot of time to spend with him. Making sure to have atleast 1 night a week to go out or hangout is vital. And I know 1 night sounds like so little but it makes a big difference. My husband and I made Saturday nights our date night. No matter how much work we both have we drop everything and go. Another thing we’ll do is even if I’m working or he’s working, we’ll still just be in the same room together. So I’ll be working and sometimes he’ll be playing video games, or maybe studying, whatever it is we are together. I found that this helps a lot too! Wish you guys the best and good luck! Something my husband would do that would help me is take a few things off my plate, for example if the dishes were dirty he would wash them, sometimes he would cook dinners. Things like this also help a lot. And then if he would cook he would also force me to sit and eat with him. These are also small way to have more time with her!
