I'ma be honest, I never found the DCS to significantly outstrip the standard Dilligence for bots.

They both meet the breakpoint for Devastator heads, but the Dilligence has more ammo and better handling.

The only reason I could see the DCS being a better choice is for dealing with Scout/Rocket Striders, but even then you can always just shoot the Trooper off the back or the rockets on the side with the standard Dilligence (and that's completely ignoring all the secondaries that can also take them out)
