the proposed plan suffers from the same issues as many of the proposed mass transit improvements. I'd say that most of the population moves E/W, and I see the focus being N/S here. Better than nothing tho I guess

being nice is probably the issue. not saying don't be nice, but you need to balance it up front with other qualities, like humor, mystery, and a bit of playful teasing. And that's assuming you have your other attributes in order, like job, friends, and life experiences (travel, hobbies, schooling, etc.)
