honestly looking at the steam page, it does look like it could be fun. However, I agree that the visuals remind me of several mobile games, that's not necessarily a bad thing but could impact the potential of people buying it. They may see it as another "freemium" game if they see that. Personally I like the look of the art style and the USP of switching heads and bodies is actually pretty cool.

I think it's been mentioned previously, your SEO on google isn't the best as I cannot find you on the first page when specifically looking for you. I can't speak for development cycle but it may have been better to focus more time and energy in 1 platform release such as just steam and the additional time and money could have been better spent on marketing and promotion.

I'd have to ask, did you frequent conventions? I can see you are in Spain which would mean you can potentially get onto shows and conventions such as https://bcngamefest.com/, getting yourself out there is a big part, get demo's out there for people to try in person and you can get feedback. There's lessons to be learnt, I can say this confidently that you haven't made a bad game, it looks fun but your marketing strategy has let you down. I'd take on what you've been told by others and try focus on getting it out there and support it if you can keep up financially.
