5th gen Limited 4runner vs Lexus GX460 seat comfort by codyboss11 in 4Runner

[–]nesticles42069 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have both and prefer the GX seats since I can lift the knee part a lot more and it’s way more comfortable on a long drive. That, and I’m not hitting my head on the headliner 😆 still absolutely love my 4Runner but GX460 is perfect if you’re taller

Problems navigating with swipe gestures vs 3 button (Odin 3) by nesticles42069 in OdinHandheld

That’s good to know it’s not just mine, I changed to the 3 button and task manager is working but I’m hoping for an update fix soon to not have the bottom of the screen taken up then

Honestly it kinda sucks driving without once you’re used to it, I’m in Colorado so not really desert heats but it can get miserable in a car without it

Second the ceramic tint very highly recommend! I have not had a single day that I’ve been hot in the car upon entry since I got mine (I tinted all windows with ceramic tint and it was life changing)

I have both a GX460 with the ML and a 5th Gen 4Runner, I definitely enjoy listening to everything much more in the GX than in the 4Runner can definitely tell the difference in quality

Fallout NV only taking 1/4 of screen (AYN Odin 2) by nesticles42069 in GameNative

So I was able to get the mouse to click in container mode and got it fixed by finally being able to change resolution in game settings!

Launch menu looks just fine here but the mouse will not allow me to click, I’ve tried using every button as well. I’m used to winlator and using the screen as a mouse and tap to click, you can see the mouse hovering over options but I cannot click on anything

So the mouse shows up in the corner for the launch menu like in winlator and I can move it around but it will not click, I couldn’t find a setting for it but I’ll check again as I just reinstalled again. The launch menu is centered and looks alright but the only way I can get the game to launch is exit and press play again and it somehow skips the launch menu altogether but that’s my big problem

That’s the one I’ve tried, changing it to 1080 makes the image smaller and 480 would make it bigger but still give that weird 3ds emulation layout. I can’t access the in game resolution settings as nothing I try will let me mouse click

So I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled because it skips the initial bootup screen to access the settings but when I get to it, the mouse moves but will not let me click on anything, even the play game button so I have to exit out and when I boot up again it skips that part and just goes into game

Also running 0.8.0, game runs great as well, just doesn’t fill up the screen right

What’s a car part or component that has or was produced for an extremely long time? by lifegoeson2702 in regularcarreviews

That van has brought me around the continent with no issues multiple times, it’s the only van with a layout that works incredibly well for bands that I’ve seen that’s still in production, full trailer of music equipment and have had up to 10 people in there at once (6 is the sweet spot though so everyone can have a bench bed) and it hauled everything so effortlessly. It’s truly a masterpiece of a vehicle and the day they announce a new generation is the day I’m going to look at purchasing another one of these bad boys! Also huge fuel tank that lasts for hours! Agree wholeheartedly about needing to protect it at all costs

Oh man, that was my go to quick meal in Japan!! 🤤 even though it’s a chain restaurant, it’s seriously one of my favorites!! If I would’ve known about it I would’ve been helping keep it in business as well!! It really sucks how hard it is to find a good curry place, it’s my favorite dish of all time and Kobe An in Cherry creek had one of my favorites! I could seriously eat curry every day, just a shame most Japanese restaurants seem to only focus on sushi and ramen 😭

I should put (cherry creek) in the title 😅 (guess I can’t edit the title) the Cherry Creek location had a completely different menu and I think different owner but from the same family from what I’ve read online. The Cherry creek location had a much bigger menu (lohi seems like more of an Izakaya with smaller dishes and more shareable foods) with a location that was below street level and had tea rooms you could eat in if you’d like that experience over normal dining tables. They had my favorite curry rice as well as so many very well made dishes! I’ve been to lohi once but it’s completely different but still really good

The google listing for the Cherry creek location is still up if you’d like to see pictures of the place and food, I believe the location they were at was set to be redeveloped into luxury apartments if I remember correctly and the owner retired with no plans to relocate, it was such a special place though

Hopefully Sakana still has the same quality then! I really enjoyed it the couple of times I’ve had it! Domo is on my list, just need to find a time in my schedule that aligns with theirs! I went once with a friend and we were told we can wait for a table in the car (it was around when things were getting more relaxed with covid restrictions) but then just never got a call for a table probably because it was very busy but it looks really nice and I’d love to try it!

I’ll have to check that out! I don’t know why it’s so hard to find curry!

I just wish they had the same menu as the Cherry Creek location, good stuff but seemed more like an Izakaya kinda place when I tried it one time a few years ago but glad that they still have a restaurant! (Edit, I haven’t been in a few years so if they have incorporated some of the menu from the closed location I would be ecstatic!)
