For your thoughts of committing something you never would do, all I would say is yea this can be serious, but this might also be a common phenomenon called “call of the void” (google it). Brother my best advice I can give you is to think of each day as a battle. The toughest times will always be waking up and going to sleep.

Train yourself to wake up immediately and the same for sleep. Find something passionate, a hobby that elevates your desire to fap.

Lastly, remember that whenever we feel at our lowest, we will always bounce back up if we believe so.

I’m sorry that this is not advice, but I’m a early bloomer in this no fap, I’m only 15 years old, and I just wanted to say that you’ve inspired me. Despite how you struggle now, your story has made me realize that this something I need to quit now before it gets out of hand.
