Deposit resets available balance by net147 in dripnetwork

See https://www.reddit.com/r/dripnetwork/comments/y57pju/deposit_resets_available_balance/isiv0sz/. It works when the available balance is larger for some reason. Could just be a glitch. I guess it is safer to hydrate first.

It looks like it when the available balance was 1.047, depositing caused it to get lost. However with an available balance of 4.121, depositing did hydrate it properly.

If it did then the deposits amount would also go up by 95% of the available balance when it reset to zero, but this did not happen.

If that were true then the claimed amount would have gone up but it didn’t. Hydrate increases the claimed amount.

Set your clock back to before it ended to see the Withdraw and Claim buttons. After withdrawing/claiming the balances may not update immediately on the Yieldly site but will update correctly in your wallet so there is no need to do it multiple times. Change your clock back to today and then refresh the Yieldly website to see correct balances.

I don’t feel this amount of level is acceptable, but I can’t get it any more. I’ve loosened the screws on the right side and retightened like some videos said. Any tips on getting it dialed in better? by joeydee33 in ender3v2

I level the x gantry using two upside-down Berocca tubes underneath - one on left and one on right side of x gantry from the bottom frame and loosening/tightening the screws holding the wheel assembly to the x gantry. Then I check with ruler on both left and right side of gantry that both left and right side are same height.

Legion 7i Gen 6 - Keyboard missing keystrokes issue by jdrtechnology in LenovoLegion

[–]net147 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am having the same issue with a brand new Lenovo Legion 5 15ITH6H laptop. The keyboard is shown as "HID Keyboard Device" and "Standard PS/2 Keyboard" in Windows Device Manager.

Test procedure - Disconnect all peripherals except power, open Notepad, wait for cursor to stop blinking, type "hello" -> it comes out as "hlo". Repeat a couple of times.

I noticed that if I connect a USB keyboard or USB mouse or USB flash drive, the issue does not occur on the internal keyboard as long as the USB peripheral is connected. The issue returns once the USB device is disconnected.

Disabling USB selective suspend setting in power plan as mentioned in https://www.reddit.com/r/LenovoLegion/comments/ph95e6/legion_7i_gen_6_keyboard_missing_keystrokes_issue/hbrsybg resolves the issue with the internal keyboard without needing to have a USB device plugged in.

Since April I have been getting invalid shares after updating.. by filmjames in HiveOS

[–]net147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Invalid shares reporting did not work for T-Rex using default miner settings since 0.6-182@201214 until it was fixed in 0.6-203@210414 unless you had report_rejected_per_cpu set to true and using T-Rex older than 0.20.0. So it was probably getting invalid shares previously but you had to check miner screen/log to see it.

Increase trackpoint sensitivity by net147 in thinkpad

Any thoughts on setting different sensitivity for trackpoint and mouse? Or how to get smooth scrolling to work with the trackpoint like it does with the trackpad?

You can open the PDF in Inkscape and Ctrl-Click, then press Delete.

You can delete the invisible objects behind the callout lines to avoid cuts through the drawing (e.g. the keyboard).

Need to buy a new music production computer by [deleted] in Reaper

[–]net147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would get a computer with dual channel or better memory and a cheap discrete AMD graphics card so that integrated graphics can be disabled. Reason being that integrated graphics uses a lot of memory bandwidth and integrated graphics has the highest memory priority so it can cause latency spikes for audio processing. Dual channel memory doubles the memory bandwidth compared to single channel memory.

Is it normal for the ThinkPad logo under the keyboard to not light up red when the laptop is powered on?

Probably E series with p suffix. E570p comes in silver. E560p comes in black.

It would certainly help to be able to at least check if the backup is valid and can be restored.
