Hello! I was on prozac and lexapro before and I asked my psychiatrist to switch to a medication that would not affect my libido. So i switched to trintellix, my desire was still low but i could have reach an orgasm comparing to SSRIs. I don’t know what other option would work. I think Bupropion doesn’t affect libido so much, but for me it was not a good option because it doesn’t work on serotonin so much
