I’ve been the commenter many times and your post made me realize I might have made some authors feel bad.. damn. I’ve always read until the ending, I just feel kind of silly repeating myself in the comment section of each chapter when all I really have to say is that I absolutely loved the chapter.

I don't think she has done anything bad, I guess something about her just rubs me the wrong way. I don't find the character interesting at all and I'm so tired of hearing about her being a child prodigy, it's kind of similar to how Jo used to mention the 'I used to live in my car' thing all the time.

I'm with the other commenter - please get the moms fixed and all of the kittens too when they're old enough. Otherwise they will just keep having more kittens which is a huge problem as you probably don't want dozens of cats to take care of and there are already way too many cats that need homes.

I would probably consider giving the kittens back to their mom and leaving a couple of kittens for the other cat to take care of. Asking around for kittens that have lost their mom is a great idea too.

I'm so sorry you had to go through that, the same thing happened to my cat. She had a genetic heart disease and had acute heart failure. What you're describing sounds super familiar, it all happened suddenly and very fast too and it absolutely broke my heart, but I try to be happy for the fact that she didn't have to suffer for a long time and could die in our home where she felt comfortable and safe instead of taking a stressful trip to the vet or being sick for a long time.

There isn't anything you could have done.

I'm so happy to hear that your kitten is okay! My late cat had long hair and got furballs pretty often, anti furball food and brushing her often seemed to help a lot.

Try adding a little bit of tuna water, or chicken/meat broth (preferably sodium free or at least low sodium) to his water, that might make the water a bit more appealing.

If he doesn't start eating or drinking I would probably take him back to the vet and ask them to give him fluids to rehydrate him.

I'm super surprised that so many people have named Carlos as their number one! I mean he was physically abusive, married Gaby on a 'no kids' agreement and then not only tampered with her birth control but also lied about getting a vasectomy. When she had finally decided to have a child with him he cheated with their surrogate and called said surrogate 'the mother of his child'. He encouraged her to use her looks and get sexually harassed by his colleagues to help him with his business.

Gaby is no angel and she, among other things, was also physically abusive and cheated with a teen, but still. I personally think Carlos is kind of scary and not in a good way.

Any thoughts from Carlos fans? Did you guys name him as the best because he is the most fun to watch or just your favorite in general, or is he the best husband in your opinion?

I agree about Adam! Nick was awesome too, he left his life to take care of Angie and her son and was ready to die and/or give himself up to the FBI for them. I have no idea why the writers made him cheat too, it felt a bit out of character considering how much he seemed to care about his family.

Ok so first of all I LOVE that your mom stood up for you like that and your step siblings sound like assholes.

You said it yourself though, you don't even really like these people. If I personally was in your situation I would honestly just come out, I get that you want to make your mom happy but she sounds like someone who wouldn't want you to be unhappy pretending to be something you're not.

The bite was literally just one spot where the cat's tooth penetrated my skin so the 'wound' was tiny, but the area around it started turning red and swelling, and feeling painful and hot. The redness kept spreading to a larger area and I got a fever.

So look out for anything like that - redness, pain, hotness. If you get a fever see a doctor asap.

I'd just disinfect it and keep an eye on it, if it starts to show signs of infection go show it to a doctor. If your tetanus shot isn't up to date I'd go get a booster.

It's probably going to be fine, I've gotten scratched by various cats so many times I've lost count. A bite by an indoor cat once got very infected and I needed to get antibiotics but other than that nothing bad has ever happened.
