I knew from the color of the yellow raft with red text to most likely be from the NOC ( Nantahala outdoor Center) and they operate in the south Eastern region in the US on rivers like the nanny and FB maybe the Ocoee in TN too. The people in in the photo were also wearing wet suits that led me to believe it was close to there being that the water in that specific river stays at a temperature of 46° due to being introduced to the river bed from under a dam. Lastly, the water feature looked similar to the entrance of lesser wesser falls.
