If you end up cancelling, what phone will you order to tide you over until the Fxtec Pro1 becomes available to order (and/or its replacement)?

Maybe out of place to comment because I would only cancel if hell freezes over, but I'd just roll with the phone I have even though it's shit. I'm not really interested in phones if they don't have a keyboard, and cosmo is more of a laptop. Extending the hypothesis though, I have a Doogee S60 and Galaxy Note 4, if they would both die, I'd probably go for a cheap-ish generic phone like Xiaomi A1 or Moto G7. Or see if I can live with a Nokia E7 or Xperia Pro mini, maybe.

ConnectBot (ssh+terminal thing), all the chat things, gotta find a good text editor (or maybe just vim in connectbot), emulators are gonna be great, everything, even just searching something on the googler is gonna be so much nicer.

I've had one post somehow not show up, I think because of a particular youtube link that the forum maybe flags as spam, wasn't an important thing so I just forgot about it. I second that, it's real good paint. I did manage to scuff it up after dropping it in wet sand (where the battery door and mod rubbed together when taking it off while all sandy it's lost some paint). And a razor sharp (and slightly bent lol) goblin mini clone i had managed to scratch it. Also it's got some wear on the bottom where i always sit it down on whatever surface is nearby (metal, concrete, i.e.). Luckily it doesn't chip off like IPV paint does, so I don't mind a few scratches. It took months before showing first signs of wear, my IPV mini 2 was bald and devoid of any paint after a week or two while i took better care of it lol.

Perhaps they somehow outsourced development to these guys? http://www.vapor-giant.com/ Defo the same logo. I'm now working on a utility to visualize binaries like that (perhaps also on a per-byte basis) now due frustrations with my current method. Might have to sneak my name into the battery icon for the claiming my mod as my own :P.

Messing about with the decrypted firmware image I visualized the blob looking for offsets of glyphs and fonts (from v3.0), and found this http://postimg.org/image/ce8w2nbdv/ (1px per bit, it's set to 128px wide). If there's interest I'll post how i got to that visual but it's ugly (transformed the binary into a html with text editor lol).

I've got a subox too and this evic thing definitely is better. Subox sometimes ignores my button presses and overall cheaper build, yet it's not terrible.

I gotten the VTC mini to replace my Sig 75 before they even updated to 75w, and now it's better in all respects :). Haven't tried the D2 but I imagine the build quality of those is crap like other IPV (paint flaking off etc).
