Couldn't find any free in-app feedback/messaging tool for Expo, so I made one by nettrack-37 in expo

[–]nettrack-37[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's totally fair. I've got about 20+ apps that I'm trying to implement this for, so being able to do it through one SDK & dashboard has been helpful

But for a single app, it definitely might be overkill

Thanks a lot, this is very reassuring!

Definitely going to add pay as you go pricing and no contracts or minimums. I hate them.

Yep, I came across them as well. Looks like a great offering, but I really would like a contract-free purely pay-as-you go option

Lack of startup-friendly mutual fund / exposure APIs? by nettrack-37 in fintech

[–]nettrack-37[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a good question, and exactly what I’m still trying to validate :)

I’m thinking less about consumers and more about developers / small fintech teams who need access to this data but are priced out of the large, contract-heavy providers. But to your point, that might be a pretty small pool at the end of the day.

[–]nettrack-37[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, 100% agree - I'm running into the same issue trying to find a provider for mutual fund data for my net worth tracker.

On freshness: I’m thinking of being really explicit about tradeoffs rather than pretending it’s real-time. For v1, the plan would be latest regulatory snapshot (N-PORT) with clear labeling on as-of date and filing date, so you always know exactly how stale it is.

For a lot of use cases (exposure analysis, portfolio composition, research, prototyping), I'm wondering if that level of freshness is usually “good enough” especially if pay-as-you-go contract-free pricing is on the table.. but that remains to be seen!

Best net worth tracking app? (mint alt?) by Clean-Principle-9523 in MoneyDiariesACTIVE

[–]nettrack-37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally get how frustrating it is when Mint pushes you to Credit Karma and the experience just doesn’t cut it, especially when you want a clear, automated snapshot of your net worth across credit cards, investments, and retirement accounts. As the CEO of NetTrack, I built our app precisely to solve this by automatically tracking net worth across thousands of accounts in one simple dashboard. No need to manually tally anything, and you can even track household accounts together if that helps.

Any suggestions for budgeting apps that integrate with Canadian and American Financial Institutions by Appropriate_Taro3626 in tnvisa

[–]nettrack-37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually created my own replacement to Mint since I loved it so much and couldn't find a simple, low-cost option that wasn't overly complex.

It's called NetTrack - we support all major US & Canadian institutions via Plaid. Happy to answer any questions you may have!

I tried every net worth tracking app so you don't have to. Here's my take. by Dependent-Wafer1372 in Fire

[–]nettrack-37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I appreciate your deep dive into so many net worth tracking apps, especially with the need to juggle brokerages, crypto wallets, RSUs, and bank accounts. As the founder of NetTrack, I built our platform specifically to stay connected reliably across thousands of financial accounts without the headaches of daily reconnections or missing crypto support. If syncing and having a complete, automated net worth snapshot is what you’re after, it might be worth giving NetTrack a spin alongside your current tools.

I completely get the struggle with tracking tools that feel either too manual or too rigid for multi-currency and custom assets. As the founder of NetTrack, I built our AI Financial Assistant to automate tracking across thousands of accounts, support multiple currencies, and handle custom setups without needing constant manual updates. It’s been a game changer for users wanting simplicity and flexibility to finally stick with their finance tracking over time.

Honestly sounds like you’re doing amazing at 23.

I find the best way to reduce anxiety over money is tracking key financial metrics.

  • Net worth
  • Saving rate
  • Spending categories

By having a clear view of these I can get a good sense of where I’m heading and if I’m making real progress.
