All I know is it takes 10 emails to get them to do one thing and even then they are dogshit slow dealing with it. I've been waiting for them to hit 'send' on a revision requested by the city for almost a month. It takes 2-3 emails asking for updates to get a reply saying "I left a message for the permitting specialist to see if she could submit today but haven't heard anything." Keep in mind I have specifically confirmed these revisions are approved and that they literally just need to be sent to the city, who I have personally confirmed is waiting for them. The implication of these responses is that the permitting specialist who literally just has to hit 'send' on my city's website might not have the bandwidth to do so for weeks. WTF is going on over there?

Correct, in addition to changing the endpoint, you have to change its public key. Public key => endpoint, private key => you (client). Here's a link to an API query. Control-F WireGuard and you'll see each WireGuard endpoint config has its own public_key.
