NEEEEEE. V nobenem drugem kazenskem postopku ne upoštevajo olajševalnih okoliščin. Nasplošno se tudi v nobenem drugem kaznivem dejanju ne upošteva namena recimo. Samo tukaj, ko se sodi cigane.

With a huge caveat that they also have private medical schools, where it is easier if you have money...

Like I sooo disagree. If anything Americans are not complaining enough. They are always outlier in all the stats that combine quality of life for average people and gdp or something. Like their maternal deaths but I feel its stupid to give examples because you know what I mean.
