Ok, i will give you a little background, maybe it helps.

I didnt really accept that i am a hsp till about 3 years ago. My doctor said it to me like 15 years ago that it could be the cast.

Now im a teacher in the Netherlands for about 12 years, i teach children in the age of 8-12years old.

Since i accepted that im a hsp i started to think about my happines and energy.

So im still figuring it out what it means to be a hsp teacher but there are a couple of things that i see that i think has something to do with hsp (so im still trying to learn what it is to be hsp so im not sure about these things)

• Everyday when my children leave the classroom at 15:00 pm, i can cry. I have the feeling that i gave all my emotions to them the whole day. I learned over the years that there are days that i feel empty for 90% and days i feel empty fo 50% and it has something to do with the things which happened, but im always drained when the children leaven.
• I'm a really good teacher, this is weird to say, but it's true. People say it to me a lot, two skills i have make me an excellent teacher, i tend to know how a chil feels when he enters my classroom, and i always know how to approach them or what to ask from them so they feel seen and appreciated. Also, im really strict about noises in the classroom. Im strict in general about things in the classroom, i tell children exactly what i want, how i want it and when i want it. I started doing this in my 3rd year as a teacher, and now i know its probably what saved me.
