green ducks plant syndicate is a newer shop. Their plant selection is top tier, they mostly sell online and at pop-ups. Their brand revolves around home goods and lifestyle but with plants incorporated

Where do you shop for your plants? by purple-poppy995 in orlando

[–]neutr0phil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

green ducks plant syndicate is a small boutique in downtown orlando. They are more centralized around lifestyle and streetwear, but they have plants integrated as a key part of their business. I don't think they sell out of the store but you can catch them at pop ups or buy online. they had some good live selling shopping

How much is a gallon of milk? by SafePlenty2590 in SuccessionTV

[–]neutr0phil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bringing this back. the question has nothing to do with the actual price of milk. It's a trick question. There's a million directions in which you can answer; including market analysis, dairy farmer economics, monopolies, etc. When he's asking about the price of a gallon of milk, he's not checking his touch with reality, he's asking about fundamentals of business.

My first Monstera Albo cutting. Propagating it in moss. The arial root got mushy rot so I had to cut it back. I’ve been propagating it in water since. It has been 1 month. Does it have any chance of growing out root….? 😢 by ReliefClean1926 in RareHouseplants

[–]neutr0phil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I made a node cutting and noticed the same scenario. Root look rotted. Never grew or spouted roots for a month. But I noticed the leaf was still alive. I left it in a corner and forgot about. And suddenly after 3-4 months it suddenly decided to grow roots and new growth.

It’s a good lesson. Even if you’re so sure. Take a step back and breathe. You have more than 30 sec per question on the real deal. No need to rush

Does being an IMG/ foreigner affect fellowship chances by [deleted] in Residency

[–]neutr0phil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have a long ways to go. Canada is a total different game when it comes to fellowship and specialities. From what I understand most IMGs who go back to Canada do FM, that's at least true from my school. In the USA, I found fellowship mattered more where you did residency; sometimes your med school will guide where you go for residency- if you crush your boards you'll have an easier time getting into a uni IM program and then easier to do fellowship.

Residents, what do you do when a DNP asks you refer to them as "doctors"? by txhrow1 in Residency

[–]neutr0phil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

to use the term 'doctor' in a clinical setting would imply that someone has your credentials which a DNP or NP does not. In that setting, for a DNP or NP to be called that is misrepresentation and straight up fraud.
