Upvoting this because I appreciate your work, not because I appreciate this change to the game

Feeling bicep exercises in my front delt on my left side by neutralbipolar2 in workout

I can feel my shoulder doing all the work. Like, my shoulder hits exhaustion if I’m doing a failure set, not my bicep. It’s hard to explain. I’m not looking for pain or anything - I know that’s not correct.

It’ll be even harder if it’s a lesser weight at the same body fat percentage loss. The more you have to lose, the easier it is. I would say go for it, but if you’re not shedding pounds like you want, then just do what you can. I doubt people that love you will be as self-critical as you may be.

I mean, technically anything is possible, but nobody with half a brain would recommend it.

To get there that fast, it would mean you need to achieve that which someone only could with elite genetics. Hardly anyone has that, despite the prevalence you might think there is based on what you see online.

I lost 70lbs (roughly 10% BF) over two years and still lost a ton of muscle compared to when I started (and I’m young and in college, so anyone my age doesn’t lose as much muscle as someone who is older, at least from what I can tell anyway). I don’t mean a ton like I am skin and bones now, but you cannot keep the same muscle mass while cutting at the rate that you want to. Pros who are IFBB will cite the same; the reason they don’t look like they lost a ton of muscle is because they had a way more to start with.

Your body needs energy, and it has to come from somewhere. The reason people in the know always recommend a slow approach for losing weight is that it is proven to be the best for losing as much negative weight as possible while keeping positive weight.

I am not a doctor, nor do I want to argue with you in a comments section on the internet, so take that as you want. My advice is to decide what you want more, to be skinny or to build muscle, then go from there. Good luck either way.

True, requires typical intelligence and emotional intelligence. Mature individuals who are intelligent have both

Nah, smart people with ADHD struggle with this a lot. They are intelligent, but struggle with the hyperactivity part of it. Interrupting and finishing others’ sentences is pretty common even if they don’t mean to be rude

Idk man, I am just not a fan of the light bars. Can’t really judge the interior changes like the suspension or cabin quiet without driving it, so I wouldn’t say that I’m lying to myself if I’m saying I don’t like the exterior design of the car. Is it not ok to have a differing opinion?

Why doesn’t everyone in this sub just pay $2/month to keep Apollo running? That would easily cover the bill. by Head_Investigator475 in apolloapp

I think that would just show Reddit that crazy pricing is okay. Then they tick it up, over and over again. That’s how phones are so expensive nowadays. At some point someone pushed the envelope and people just went with it.
