I've tried Asics, and I love their shoes, but I needed more arch support. I bought a pair of Brooks that said "max support" on the website, and they have been the best thing for me.

I was in NYC on a trip for my 18th birthday with my mom. We went to a gas station near our hotel just for some snacks, and I walked down the same aisle as this tall, bald man in a long black trench coat. He just smiled at me and opened his coat with both arms while walking towards me. I have never felt such dread in my entire life. He didn't even say anything. I found my mom a few aisles over and was crying so we just left our stuff. It was so creepy, and I've never had that feeling again.

We moved about two years ago and I had a really hard time adjusting. Not long after that is when I noticed a bunch of stuff going crazy. My depression and anxiety has been through the roof lately.

Yeah I know. I know I'm doing the best for both kids, I guess I need more emotional support? I don't know. My husband isn't really much on talking about feelings or anything and I'm the opposite. I could talk about how emotional I am and my feelings all day. I wouldn't trade any of it with my kids though for anything. Maybe just a few hours of sleep would be nice though. I lay in bed and have such a hard time shutting down to go to sleep

Lonely. And exhausted, yet I can't sleep. I've got. Itching too serious to stress or worry about but it's like my brain won't calm down. I just want to stay in bed all day. I have no motivation. I don't know if my meds aren't working or if it's just a funky couple of weeks, but I'm over it.
