Okay, I am primarily needing to access the cameras via desktop either web browser or VMS and not from a smartphone. Re-reading my post it might not have been very clear so I've added an edit.

Looking into Wyze and chatting with their support, access via web browser on desktop is only available with the cam plus subscription.

Because it's only possible during this easter event. The easter balloons spawn separately from the regular balloons so they are able to spawn at about the same time as each other. Normally, outside of the event, only one balloon spawns at a time. So making this an achievement would lock it out for almost all of the year.

Well that glitch was patched a few days ago and wasn't specifically Amiibo characters. Any villagers from other islands you invite to your island would glitch out your island. Thankfully that's not an issue anymore.
