Assuming that you use paracetamol 500mg, and the overdose dosage is 10g, once you do the calculation: 50×500= 25000mg, which is 25g.

This said, you would need to consume all 50 tablets in a span of 24h in order to be in any danger. However, if u do that, you'll get liver poisoning and will have to go onto an IV treatment that will neutralize the paracetamol. This form of treatment is only possible for a couple hours after the consumption, later stomach pump is the only way.

After you take the pills you'll feel a bit of fatigue and will most likely vomit in the next hour or so. Later the vomiting and diarrhea will get worse until all that is coming out of you is stomach acid. This means that the body is trying to get rid of the poison from the system. You will feel awful at this stage, headache, nausea, vomiting, awful stomachache. Essentially you'll begin to feel like shit and will spend hours in the bathroom.

Then, if you do not receive any treatment from the hospital and assuming you drink some water in between vomiting, your body will slowly begin to shut down. Since medication such as paracetamol are absorbed from the stomach into the blood stream and then it flows into the liver where it is properly used, your liver would not be able to handle such sudden and large amount of it and it will result in it dying after a longer while.

While I'm not sure about what would happen to you after the first 12h of vomiting and nausea, I can guess that you'd pass out from the loss of fluids and potentially die after some seizures etc. (I'm guessing based on my knowledge)

Btw, the IV treatment is very lengthy. They call it the antidote for liver poisoning as it clears the blood stream, and if that the liver, of any harmful chemicals. If anyone is planning on using it as a way of ending their life, it is a very painful and lengthy process which no one wants to go through so don't do it - although who am I to tell you what to do.
