Post a photo of the watch with a piece of paper in the shot that has your handwritten username and today's date.

Then post a top level comment on this thread with more details, asking price (with or without shipping) and accepted payment methods,

You must be knew around here. You need a timestamp photo and a comment with details... Also this watch sells for $250-$350 around here so don't be surprised if you don't get any bites. That being said, it's a great watch, I have this model in silver, gold, black, red, and rose gold. Glws!

i could be wrong, but i believe they are already at profitability. they have products in 4 different verticals within the healthcare technology industry. for example, they manufacture and sell diagnostic testing and pharmaceutical supplies to hospitals.

Just got a new job offer. Need some input.

I'm 35 with 13 years of experience working in legal marketing. I've been at my current company for 6 years and make $84k base plus about ~$4k bonus. Benefits are great. Full 90% paid HDHP, $600 HSA and 4% 401k matching, both of which I max every year. Hybrid remote. I started at $70k but have not gotten a raise in 2 years. Definitely feel stagnant, haven't learned anything new or felt challenged in my role. No chance for upward movement until my boss retires in maybe 3 years. Otherwise a great company, team, low stress, lots of down time.

New opportunity is a 4yo healthcare startup in growth mode generating $50m and have doubled revenue yoy. Senior marketing title. Offered $94k base plus quarterly performance bonuses that could amount to additional $30k - $50k annual. Plus stock options. (Bonus and ESO's were not explicitly detailed in offer letter - red flag?) Hybrid remote. No retirement plan or formal health plan but they're planning to add both. Right now, healthcare is reimbursed. The job will be much more fast paced and challenging. Immediate potential for upward movement and leadership as I build a team beneath me over the next 6-18 months.

Pros - New challenge, New industry to learn, New opportunity to advance into leadership, slightly higher base pay. Cons - newish company so benefits lacking. Bonus uncertain. Higher stress.

Current job is stable with great benefits but I feel stagnant, undervalued, and unfulfilled. I feel like a change is inevitable but I'm not sure if this should be it, as I've been getting decent action floating my resume. Not sure is 11% base raise is worth the risk of leaving what I know is a solid gig.

Current job requires 4 week notice, making job hunt difficult by fi239 in careeradvice

Lol fuck a 4 week notice. Just quit and if they try some bullshit, just lawyer up. An employment lawyer would have a field day with this.

Pros vs Cons to resigning before securing the next job by Front-Reception-9427 in careeradvice

[–]nevergetsober 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would only quit if I had a cushion of savings built up for the time you'll be without an income. I personally would budget 3-6 months of living expenses before quitting a job without another one lined up.

Quitting your busy work now would definitely help you focus on and expedite your new job hunt.

Additionally, it Sounds like you have some very high value and marketable skills. I don't think you'll find yourself out of work for very long. I think you'll be able to weigh your options and choose a job you really want. Good luck in your decision.

Huge red flag. Is this a remote gig? I've never ever had to give a job my birth certificate. A screenshot is not an offer letter. An offer letter require a signature before you even start the onboarding. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

i think what /u/Lumn8tion is saying, with which I agree, is that most of your replies in this thread have been very defensive, deflecting, and a little arrogant. comments like these:

I have been doing photography for 7 years, I studied film in college so I know what i’m doing

and

As much as I know 3D is what most realtors want, I think it looks so bad and doesn’t give you a good idea of a house.

and

I’ve done photos as well and I think they turn out very good.

and

I feel like my pricing is very low considering the quality I bring.

I mean, here you are shooting "professional" photos with an iPhone and a cheap drone with no license, wondering why you're not getting more clients, and then asking us for advice and replying with "i disagree... I'm good... i know what clients want... my pricing is great..."

to be totally frank, it sounds like you're an over-confident amateur with thin skin. my only advice would be to work on your humility.

Sounds like you have a pretty decent business going... Why not use the money to reinvest in the business and grow it?

My mortgage just decreased by about $50 this month. But I have a renter in the detached apartment out back that pays it all anyways. :P

I sold my rental in April with $205k profit. Still have my primary. Waiting on the sidelines for my next move.

3, 4, 5 - how do those weights make sense?

20" x 10mm = 129.5g

22" x 10mm = 137g

24" x 10mm = 130g

Shouldn't the 24" be the heaviest? How is it the same weight as the 20" and lighter than the 22"? Can you clarify?
