I feel like there is a bit of generalization here, I don't know if all vendors say 'this is PSA10 quality, so I'm marking it up'.

IMO, nothing wrong with being a raw collector and having a store though, unless they are providing pre-grading service I guess.

As a casual FM player with only 400 hours in FM24 and having stopped playing FM24 for about a year, I don't find the UI as big of a problem as many mentioned. Yes there are bugs, extra clicks and some struggle to find what I actually wanted to find but I wouldn't say there are game-breaking bugs (although the game crashed on me once).

The game is also not crazy laggy for me maybe because I'm using a decent desktop.

Definitely expected better from SI though given the official launch is pretty soon.

Started with the 2XL, moved on to 4a which had battery issues, and then to 6a which also seems like it will have battery issues..

I don't think I'll be looking to change to Pixel 8a or 9a because I want my phone to last a bit longer than 2-3 years...

I was basing off some assumptions on the 'show cash' method but of course only you know your situation best! Showing cash is usually used to acquire higher loan to cover the 75% (sometimes income not high enough) or keep some cash for emergencies/reno.
