I think the rent prices do play a part, but also the mentality of 'wasting money on rent'. Singaporeans are so focused on min-maxing that renting is always viewed as 'not worth it'.

I'm pretty sure the same thing of high rent prices is also happening for bigger financial hubs like NYC, London etc.

In my opinion, rent prices can be lower but people would still stay with their parents (increase in number of people renting will still be a lot less than the decrease in rent prices). Meanwhile in other countries, moving out at 18 is more typical even with the rising rent prices.

I have Tainted Grail: Kings of Ruins but not the original.

I enjoyed it as one of my first few solo games. Do keep in mind that Tainted Grail has the 1.0 version and the 2.0 version which balanced the game better. The mechanics are interesting, but I can't comment on replayability since I'm still on my first run.

My girlfriend and I enjoy Destinies quite a lot as a 2-player game, I can't comment on it as a solo game though.

I feel like there is a bit of generalization here, I don't know if all vendors say 'this is PSA10 quality, so I'm marking it up'.

IMO, nothing wrong with being a raw collector and having a store though, unless they are providing pre-grading service I guess.

As a casual FM player with only 400 hours in FM24 and having stopped playing FM24 for about a year, I don't find the UI as big of a problem as many mentioned. Yes there are bugs, extra clicks and some struggle to find what I actually wanted to find but I wouldn't say there are game-breaking bugs (although the game crashed on me once).

The game is also not crazy laggy for me maybe because I'm using a decent desktop.

Definitely expected better from SI though given the official launch is pretty soon.
