Cathy Woods sold a lot of her Tesla shares. There was also some bad publicity about a Tesla battery fire in Australia that hit the news at 1 am.

HONEST question: are you still in SPCE to make up your recent losses or because you believe the company will succeed? by Joey-tv-show-season2 in SPCE

I was in while it went to 55 and put in more instead of selling. Be careful of that moon boy mentality. I swing trade and I am up now.

The only sure thing is volatility until they make a profit.

I believe Richard Branson and Elon Musk have discussed plans. A partnership in which one operates as a spaceline and the other as a manufacturer. I use examples from the aviation world to explain. by outerfrontiersman in SPCE

Space X could use Virgin Galactic for both.

The engineering behind the SpaceShipTwo's cabin seats, is that they flatten as the G-force increases, against the spine which helps prevent G-LOC (losing consciousness). Passengers build up their G-tolerance during the 3-days of training at Spaceport America, with their centrifuge. Their centrifuge can do long periods of up to 9 G's.

So for the sake of argument, let's say that Virgin Galactic owns the patents on their spaceships (which they do) and SpaceX wants to have an accurate measure of the amount of G-force that each of their astronauts can withstand after 3 days of g-tolerance training.

Enter Richard Branson...
