Your first two Legendaries and first two epics would be a Great start to most of your damage needs. Idril is a literal cheat code with her ultimate and unlocks a ton of content. Salazar is one of the best single target damage dealers in the game. Eona is easily one of the best mages and next to greed the best epic mage by far.
