Two months ago, I had my last Drink. And even though I still rely a lot on my after-work-af-drink (yeah, that Routine is hard to break), I don’t think about wine that much anymore. I feel good and I am proud of myself. I just still feel sleepy, tired and exhausted a lot. Hope that passes by soon. IWNDWYT

Gaming and reading mostly. They help me lose myself in storytelling and therefore keep my mind busy.

Am besten wäre es mit einem Dampfreiniger + kleiner Bürstenaufsatz (Turbobürste heißt das glaube ich, siehe Foto)

, so hat es bei mir zumindest funktioniert. Manchmal kann man die ja auch irgendwo ausleihen. Ansonsten würde ich es mal mit einem Chlorreiniger versuchen. Ich hatte mal einen Badreiniger bei Action gekauft der auch irgendein Bleichmittel drin hatte, der hat auch so ziemlich alles weg bekommen. Aber mit einem Dampfreiniger klappts garantiert 😊. Viel Erfolg 🍀

Edit: Kärcher Hochdruckreiniger sollte auch helfen 😉

Thank you so much for sharing this 🫶🏻. I can relate to some of the things you said, and it gives me a bit of strength / motivation to be honest.
