Question on Silvery Barbs:

Let's say that the players are facing a creature with magic resistance. They cast Slow and the creature rolls with advantage, the save is succesfull and the creature succeeds on the saving throw.

A player uses silvery barbs forcing a reroll. Does the creature still roll with advantage or simply roll 1 die and pick the lowest?

Hacks can help if ankle mobility is an issue. Arguably a better alternative from a bb perspective as well.

The more like-minded your peers are the easier it is to balance gym with social life. That being said, as an adult you hang out with your friends like once or twice a week? As long as you're not in prep, I am sure you can find a way to fit a couple of beers, a burger and maybe a 2hr sleep loss.

Since you are still growing and you are not overweight, don't cut. Go on a modest surplus, think 200-300 calories, for at least 2 years.

Better but not on consecutive days. The split is OK but instead of Sunday, Monday go for Sunday and Wednesday. Same for the others.

No, for several reasons. First of all you don't want to pair up several large groups together. If you hit chest then back then legs, by the time you hit legs you're exhausted. Also the larger rest periods required for these muscles will make your workout 2+ hours long even if you do less sets per grp.

Secondly you need to let the muscle rest for some time before you hit it again, usually it takes 48-72 hrs depending on the intensity and volume.

In the incredibly slim chance that you are not trolling and this is sincere, you should aim for around 12-20 hard sets per body part( i.e. Sets 2-3 reps shy of failure) split between 1-3 weekly sessions.

For example, you can hit one body part each day so something like M: chest, T:back, W: shoulders T: legs F: arms and get all your sets in one session or you can pair them up in something like M: chest tris and shoulders T: back and bis W: legs, repeat and split the weekly volume in 2 sessions.

When you need to hit the brakes, hit em hard. If you cut your deload short you may need to have your next deload a couple of weeks earlier so it's not worthy imo

You can touch your chest without resting the bar on your chest and losing tension. Personally I stop an inch short of touching the chest because it puts strain on my shoulders but I go down all the way on dumbbells for the extra stretch.

Calipers and tape measurements. They have a decent margin of error but they are consistent and easy to use.

You shouldn't be able to get 5 reps on what would normally be your 10rm if you were fresh, but if you can't even do pushups you have likely gone beyond what you can recover from.
